Election Notice – Nominations for Board of Directors

Area Federal Credit Union will be holding it’s Annual Meeting on February 23, 2024.  There are two positions on the Board of Directors up for election at this year’s meeting.   If you are interested in running for one of the open positions, please contact the Nomination Committee at the following address:

Members may also make nominations for open board positions by petition. Petitions must be signed by 1% (117 signatures) of the members. Petitions must be received on or before Jan. 1, 2024.

There will be no nominations from the floor for the open positions.  Voting will be done by ballot box at Area FCU’s office located at 2324 8th Ave NE, Aberdeen, SD, and at the location of the Annual Meeting.  Members who are not able to attend will be able to vote via a request for an absentee ballot.
